A Call Center is a centralized and/or outsourced office
of an organization that handles incoming and outgoing
telephone calls from and to the customers. Call Centers
usually handle two types of operations.
INBOUND
Inbound operations at call centers are usually used
for customer service for companies offering after sales
and technical support to their existing customers and
also making cross sales.
OUTBOUND
Outbound operations at call centers are usually used
for Tele Marketing and Tele Sales campaigns for companies
